2023 Parking Lot Sealcoating and Line/Number Painting : Week of Monday, July 31st

Regency Square COA will be having the Parking Lot in the front and rear of the building sealed over the week of July 31st along with parking space lines and numbers painted and parking blocks replaced where needed. Please review the following schedule for information on relocation of your vehicle in the listed spaces on the appropriate days.

 State College Borough has provided information for the Parking Garages as follows:

  • Pugh Street Garage at 122 S Pugh Street: $1.00 per hour/maximum of $18.00 per Day.
  • Fraser Street Garage at 131 S Fraser Street: $1.00 per hour/maximum of $18.00 per Day.
  • Beaver Ave Garage at 200 W Beaver Ave: $1.00 per hour/maximum of $18.00 per Day.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROJECT IS WEATHER-DEPENDENT. IF THIS SCHEDULE CHANGE, PLEASE EXPECT DOOR/CAR NOTICES AND EMAIL NOTIFICATION TO THE NEW DAYS.

Should your vehicle be in one of the spaces noted on the day of service, please note that it will be towed from the property by Walk’s Towing (Karch Auto) at the vehicle owner’s expense to 827 S. Atherton Street at 814-238-2886.

REAR PARKING LOT: Monday, July 31st - 8:00AM SPACES (#41-59)

Sealers will begin at 8:00AM on Monday morning in the rear parking lot. Lines and numbers will be painted either late Monday evening or first thing Tuesday morning. Vehicles may return to the rear parking lot no earlier than Tuesday, August 1st at 12:00 NOON.

FRONT HALF PARKING LOT: WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 2ND – 8:00AM SPACES (#9-20 AND #21-33)

Sealers will begin at 8:00AM on Wednesday morning in the Front Left parking lot. Lines and numbers will be painted either late Wednesday evening or first thing Thursday morning. Vehicles may return to the rear parking lot no earlier than Thursday, August 3rd at 12:00 NOON.

FRONT HALF PARKING LOT: FRIDAY, AUGUST 4TH – 8:00AM SPACES (#1-8 AND #34-40)

Sealers will begin at 8:00AM on Friday morning in the Front Right parking lot. Lines and numbers will be painted either late Friday evening or first thing Saturday morning. Vehicles may return to the rear parking lot no earlier than Saturday, August 5th at 12:00 NOON.
